Matty Espichan

Matty Espichan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2007, Matty worked at Great American Restaurants as a Bartender and Trainer until 2018. In the same year, Matty joined TG Federal as a Technical Recruiter and was later promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, Matty served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Delivery Services at TG Federal. Concurrently, from 2007 to 2016, Matty held various roles at The Park at 14th, including Beverage Manager, General Manager, and Executive Assistant.

Matty Espichan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Marymount University in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master's of Professional Studies degree in Project Management at Georgetown University.
