Rūta Dargužytė

Rūta Dargužytė started their work experience in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at Transcom, where they worked until 2010. Rūta then joined Western Union and held various positions including Compliance Analyst, AML Compliance Quality Assurance, and Supervisor Financial Crimes Compliance Operations. In 2017, they became the Head of Operations & Payments at TGLAB, and later Chief Commercial Officer. Currently, Rūta is the Managing Director at TGLAB.

Rūta Dargužytė completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Kaunas University of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Rūta then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from 2008 to 2010 at the same university. Later, from 2023 to 2025, they obtained an Executive Master's Degree in Financial Strategy and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics.
