Brian McCarthy

Brian McCarthy's work experience spans multiple industries and roles throughout their career. Brian began their work in 2003 as a Sales Representative at TAP Pharmaceuticals and later transitioned to Senior Sales Representative at Takeda in 2008. In 2012, they joined Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. as an Associate Attorney before moving to State Farm in 2013 as an Attorney.

In 2016, McCarthy transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and joined Novo Nordisk as an Associate Manager in Compliance Monitoring and Auditing. Brian then joined Celgene in 2017 as a Senior Manager in Compliance Monitoring and later became the Associate Director, US Healthcare Compliance Monitoring Lead. Brian furthered their compliance experience by joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals in 2019 as the Associate Director of Compliance Monitoring, Audit and Risk Management.

Most recently, McCarthy worked at TG Therapeutics, Inc. as the Director of Compliance Business Partner before being promoted to Senior Director and Head of Healthcare Compliance in July 2022.

Brian McCarthy attended Rutgers University from 1993 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Brian then pursued further education at Seton Hall University School of Law from 2005 to 2009, earning a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a focus on Health Law.
