Eugenia Botta

Eugenia Botta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at TGA since August 2024, Eugenia is responsible for communications and team leadership. Prior to this, Eugenia held the position of Legal & Compliance Director LATAM at Lazard from February 2017 to August 2024, overseeing legal, compliance, corporate governance, and communications efforts. Additionally, Eugenia chaired the non-profit civil association Marianne Argentina from February 2010 to March 2019, focusing on fostering connections between Argentina and France through women entrepreneurs. Eugenia has also contributed as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Vitrium Capital and served as an advisor in international taxation for the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos. Educational credentials include a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a specialization in International Business Law from Panthéon-Assas Université.
