James Castello

James Castello is currently employed as the Vice President in the Incentive Compensation Excellence Practice at TGaS Advisors, a division of Trinity. James previously held the position of Managing Director at Synygy from 2000 to 2007. With a background in finance, James earned their MBA and BS in Finance from Penn State University in 1992 and 1987 respectively. Prior to their time at Synygy, James served as a Business Development Analyst at Conrail from 1990 to 1997.
