Kara Scott has a diverse range of work experiences. Kara is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Ten Gun Design since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at projekt202 from 2016 to 2022, holding various roles including Managing Director - West Region, General Manager, Director of Delivery, Director of Program Management, and Senior Program Manager. Before joining projekt202, they worked at Sublime Media as a Senior Program Manager from 2015 to 2016. Their earliest work experience was as a Senior Producer at Enspire from 2003 to 2015, where they managed large-scale teams in the production of simulations, games, and interactive learning experiences. Kara also played a key role in operational improvements across sales and delivery.
Kara Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications Design and Photography from Purdue University. Kara also has a Master of Counseling degree from St. Edward's University. In addition to their degrees, Kara has obtained the Agility Professional Level 2 certification from the Agile Business Consortium.
