Matt Sayre is an experienced Front End Developer currently working at Microsoft on the Xbox website since May 2014, specializing in JavaScript. Additionally, Matt has been self-employed as a Ruby on Rails developer since June 2013 and has contributed as a Front End Developer at Ten Gun Design also focused on Xbox.com. Between 2002 and 2013, Matt owned The Game Composer, a digital recording studio collaborating with game development studios globally. Prior audio expertise includes serving as Audio Director for PassionFruit Games from 2009 to 2012, where Matt designed audio schemes for notable games. Educational credentials include an MFA in Music Composition from the California Institute of the Arts and a BA in Music from Reed College, complemented by further training at CodeFellows and UCLA Extension.
