David Linder

David Linder is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and quality improvement. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Emerging Opportunities at TGen, part of City of Hope, David oversees operations for research projects funded by leading biotech companies, focusing on areas such as liquid biopsy and microbiome biomarker discovery. Prior to TGen, David worked at Banner Health, managing quality improvement activities for Medicare Advantage plans and primary care clinics. Early career roles included consulting at Meyer Consulting, research internships at HonorHealth and Phoenix Children's Hospital, and process improvement efforts at Health Care for the Homeless. David holds a Master of Science in Science of Health Care Delivery and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University.
