Wei Lin is a Senior Consultant in single-cell genomics at TGen, an Affiliate of City of Hope, since July 2017. Prior to this role, Wei Lin served as an Assistant Investigator at Baylor Health Care System from May 2012 to July 2017, focusing on next-generation sequencing technologies, single-cell and low-input DNA/RNA assay development, and high-dimensional data analysis. Additionally, Wei Lin worked as a Scientific Informatics Analyst III at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory from July 2008 to May 2012 and as a Senior Biomedical Data Scientist at SAIC from December 2007 to July 2008. Wei Lin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Biology from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Central South University.
