TGG Holdings is a Hong Kong-based single-family office and principal investment platform committed to stewarding capital with discipline, conviction, and long-term responsibility. Guided by the philosophy of “Building for The Greatest Good,” TGG deploys permanent principal capital across businesses, brands, and strategic assets with the flexibility to build over decades to in perpetuity.

TGG combines the flexibility of a family office with the rigour of an institutional ownership model. Today, with a team of 20 professionals, we maintain a diversified portfolio of 20 companies across four pillars of human-centric investments comprising: lifestyle, sports, media, and entertainment. Our control-oriented approach: approximately 75% wholly owned, 20% majority owned, and 5% through significant minority positions enables active stewardship with the ability to shape strategy and governance for enduring outcomes. The portfolio includes heritage assets spanning across half a century, notably Larry Jewelry.

In addition to aforementioned assets, we have a dedicated team that actively originates, structures and invests in private credit and special situations transactions. In areas we do not have in-house competency, we make allocations to third party managers through our active managers selection programme which we review on a quarterly basis.

Philanthropic support: arts & culture; youth development; sports programs; and ocean conservation. We make our grants and/or donations each year in June.
