Andrew Wilcox is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and billing. Since November 2017, Andrew has held various roles at TGI Direct, Inc., currently serving as the Billing Department Team Leader, with prior responsibilities in billing/estimating and customer service. Before joining TGI Direct, Inc., Andrew worked at Enterprise Holdings as a Service Agent from May 2015 to November 2017. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University in 2014.
