Stephanie Williams is a seasoned professional in human resources with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at TGI Fridays UK since October 2023, Stephanie previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at B&M Retail Limited from September 2012 to October 2023. Prior roles include Corporate Lead Consultant, Corporate Advisor, and Employment Law Consultant at Peninsula Business Services, as well as Human Resources Officer at Graduate Prospects and Yokogawa, and Human Resources Assistant at Warburtons. Stephanie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management with CIPD from The University of Salford and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool.
