Heath Bloom

Heath Bloom is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Jackmont Hospitality Inc. since June 2018, Heath previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations. Heath began a long-term association with TGI Fridays in December 1999, progressing to the role of General Manager, where responsibility included overseeing a $5.0 million restaurant and focusing on people development, sales growth, and profit maximization. Heath holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a concentration in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the University of Florida, earned between 1995 and 1999.
