Jeff Lee

Jeff Lee has a diverse work experience history. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Casual Restaurants Inc. Since November 2016, they have been the Sr. VP of Operations at Texas Roadhouse. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director at TGI Fridays starting from August 2014. In addition, they worked as the Owner Operator of JC LEE CO.,LTD. and as an Associate Professor at Zhejiang University. Jeff also had executive roles at Bayshore Pacific Hospitality Ltd., CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, and Blockbuster. Jeff is a Certified Instructor at the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the author of "Remarkable Service!".

Jeff Lee has a high school diploma from Viator Highschool, which they obtained from 1976 to 1982. Jeff then pursued an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Humber College from 1988 to 1990. Following that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field from FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management from 1990 to 1992. Lastly, Jeff obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management from 1992 to 1993.
