Keith Shearer currently serves as Executive Chef at TGI Fridays and TGI Fridays UK since February 2021. Prior to this, Keith held the position of Head of Food & NPD at Braehead Foods Ltd from July 2020 to February 2021. Keith's extensive experience includes serving as Group Executive Chef for the De Vere Group from February 2012 to March 2014, where responsibilities included developing and controlling food offerings across De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts, as well as enhancing food standards and profit performance. Keith also worked as Group Executive Chef for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin from January 1995 to January 2012. Keith’s foundational education was completed at Jame Young High School from 1982 to 1985.
