Robert Harry serves as the International Director of Brand Protection and Strategic Sourcing at TGI Fridays since November 2014, overseeing brand protection and strategic sourcing for 450 international restaurants across 60 markets with a budget of $300 million. Prior roles include Director of Technical Services at Premier Foods in Saudi Arabia, where part of the leadership team contributed to the company's success. Robert also held the position of R&D/QA Director at Papa Johns, managing research and development for multiple regions, and prior to that served as Global R&D Director at Minor Foods Group in Thailand. Earlier experience includes R&D/QA Director positions at Pizza Hut UK and Yum! Restaurants International. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Food Technology from the University of Hull from 1983 to 1987.
