Mitchell L. has extensive work experience in the technical operations and broadcast engineering field. Mitchell started their career as a Mobile Technical Producer at Rogers Communications in September 2011, where they worked until October 2013. From November 2013 to February 2015, Mitchell served as the Shop Manager & Video Technician at 3L Sound and Lighting. Following this, they worked as the Video Production Manager at Metalworks Production Group from September 2015 to March 2017. Mitchell then joined Diply as a Technical Producer from September 2017 to September 2018. From May 2011 to March 2019, they worked as a Freelance Broadcast Engineer for various companies. Mitchell's most recent position was at Mediapro Canada, where they served as a Broadcast Engineer (EIC) from April 2019 to September 2021. Currently, Mitchell holds the position of Senior Director - Technical Operations at TGI Sport, starting in September 2021.

Mitchell L. completed their education in the field of Communication and Media Studies at Humber College from 2009 to 2011. Mitchell obtained a degree in Broadcast Television & Videography during this time.
