Jonathan Adams

Jonathan Adams is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Legal Director at TGJones since June 2025, Jonathan previously held the position of Group Legal Manager at WHSmith from August 2011 to June 2025, acting as the primary contact for all legal inquiries and providing comprehensive legal and commercial advice. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Solicitor and Company Secretary at Scotia Gas Networks, with responsibilities spanning the core business of gas transportation, and a secondment from Dundas & Wilson, where Jonathan served as an Associate. Earlier career stages involved employment as an Assistant Solicitor in the Corporate Department at Middleton Potts before its merger with Hill Dickinson.
