Kari Granger

Kari Granger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational strategy. As the CEO and Principal of TGN Consulting LLC since October 2018, Kari focuses on enterprise-wide leadership development and cultural integration during mergers and acquisitions. Notably, Kari served as a Board Trustee for Montessori School of Evergreen from September 2019 to June 2023 and previously led Kari Granger, LLC as CEO & Executive Leadership Coach from June 2014 to October 2018. Earlier roles include designing leadership development curricula at Sunergos LLC and serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Assistant Professor at the United States Air Force Academy. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Human Factors from the United States Air Force Academy and Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership from the University of New Mexico.
