Erwan Bouiniere

Erwan Bouiniere is an experienced professional in the fields of data management, business intelligence, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as CDO - Responsable DATA & BI at TGS France since January 2020, Erwan focuses on strategic and operational oversight of data-related initiatives with a customer-oriented, omnichannel approach. Previously at Groupe ERAM from 2011 to December 2019, Erwan managed a multidisciplinary team responsible for customer knowledge and omnichannel performance, leading CRM and data projects. Other notable roles include Responsable Organisation and Responsable Outils et Restitutions Décisionnels at Groupe ERAM, alongside experience in decision-making tools and account management at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, BNP Paribas, and Mars. Erwan holds a DESS in SIAD from Toulouse INP and a MIAGE degree from Université de Rennes I.
