Beng Seong Ong

Beng Seong Ong is a highly experienced geophysicist currently serving as a Senior Research Geophysicist II at TGS since September 2022. Prior to this role, Beng Seong Ong worked at ION Geophysical from May 2018 to July 2022, holding positions as a Research Geophysicist and Senior Geophysicist. Beng Seong Ong also has an extensive background with CGG from January 2007 to April 2018, where responsibilities included Senior Imaging Geophysicist Project Leader, Imaging Geophysicist Project Leader, and Seismic Imaging Geophysicist. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
