Josh Geppelt currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TGTHR to end youth homelessness, providing safe shelter and supportive services to young people experiencing homelessness. With extensive experience at Denver Rescue Mission from 2006 to 2024, Josh held multiple leadership roles, culminating in the position of Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities included executive program leadership and restructuring. Prior roles encompassed Vice President of Programs, Senior Director of Emergency Services, and Director of Lawrence Street Shelter, focusing on program development and operational management across various services. Additionally, Josh has experience as an Internship Coordinator at Open Up and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Metropolitan State University of Denver, teaching subjects related to sociology. Josh holds a Master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Restorative Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Cedarville University.
