Rezza Hassan

Rezza Hassan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and investment roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman of TGV Cinemas since May 2020, Rezza also holds multiple directorships, including positions at Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd and UTSB Management. Rezza's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding of First Traxx in February 2018. Previous experience includes an Executive Director role at Bumi Armada from September 2005 to February 2018 and a tenure in Corporate Finance at Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd from March 1995 to August 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol, completed between 1990 and 1993.
