Druesillar Rankins is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at TH Foods Inc. since March 2022, Druesillar facilitates operational development while partnering with the Plant Manager to drive process improvements and cost savings. Prior experience includes a tenure at 3M from May 2012 to March 2022 as Human Resources Leader, overseeing multiple facilities with over 800 employees, and previously as Human Resources Manager supporting three locations in the Detroit Metropolitan Complex. Druesillar's background also includes managing HR functions for Loomis and holding a Labor Relations/Production Supervisor role at Ford Motor Company MTP. Academically, Druesillar holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Wayne State University.
