Phuong Bui has over seven years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Payroll Executive, Compensation & Benefits Officer, and Talent Acquisition Officer at TH Group since January 2018. Prior to this, Phuong held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Revlon VN from July 2016 to January 2018, where responsibilities included recruitment, assisting the HR Manager, and managing compensation & benefits along with administrative tasks. Phuong holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saigon University, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
