Phuong Le Thanh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations management. Currently serving at Hayat since May 2021, Phuong is involved in DMS project management and route-to-market strategies, focusing on building and developing DMS and SFA systems. Prior to this role, Phuong held the position of Sales Operation Leader at TH Group - Food Chain from June 2018. Experience also includes working as a Sales Operation Executive specializing in master data analysis at Masan Nutri-Science from September 2017 to June 2018, and serving as a Modern Trade Executive at Perfetti Van Melle from May 2012 to June 2017.
