Duane Miller is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of T&H Investment Properties, LLC, a role held since July 2019, focused on innovative housing solutions to address community needs. With 30 years of experience, Duane has successfully managed over $1 billion in real estate development and financing through various public-private partnerships and funding sources. Prior to T&H Investment Properties, Duane served as Vice President of Community Development & Asset Management at Flaherty & Collins Properties from December 1999 to July 2019, where accomplishments included leading the development of over $900 million in affordable housing and maintaining a position among the top 30 affordable housing developers in the country. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Eastside Community Investments, Inc., which involved innovative community development initiatives. Educationally, Duane holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration, specializing in Urban Affairs, Youth Leadership, and Counseling from Cincinnati Christian University, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from International Business College.
