Among its notable projects are Bandar Enstek in Negeri Sembilan, Bay Pavilions in Sydney and etc. In construction and project management segments, TH Properties via its 100% subsidiary, THP Bina Sdn Bhd has completed various projects with total contract value of more than RM3.7 billion. Among its notable projects are Kompleks Haji & Hotel Movenpick Sepang and Menara Bank Islam. Whilst in facilities management segment, TH Properties has a wide range of expertise and experience managing various types of properties with total contract value of more than RM347 million.
