Nguyen Thu is an experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong background in recruitment and compensation and benefits (C&B). Nguyen's career commenced at National Citizen Bank (NCB) from June 2015 to November 2016, focusing on C&B. Nguyen then transitioned to NIC Global Sourcing JSC from November 2016 to July 2018, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, recruitment, and C&B. Since January 2019, Nguyen has been with TH School, specializing in the recruitment of Vietnamese staff and managing C&B. Nguyen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance - Banking from Đại Nam University, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
