Araya (Ploy) Prajakjitt

Araya Prajakjitt, known as Ploy, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Araya (Ploy) began their career as a Scientist at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center from 2003 to 2006. Araya (Ploy) then joined MODEC Management Service Pte. Ltd., a company providing FPSO and oil production processes, where they started as an Operations Administrator and later became an Assistant HSE from 2006 to 2011. Ploy then worked at SPIE Oil & Gas Services (Thailand) Ltd. as a QHSE & Offshore Coordinator from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for implementing HSE programs and maintaining management system guidelines. Following this, they joined Scomi Oiltools (Thailand) Limited as a QHSE Coordinator/ISO in 2014, where they oversaw the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment practices across sites in Thailand, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Ploy's most recent role was as a People Strategy Specialist at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED in 2014, where they designed and executed learning and development strategies companywide, focusing on enhancing employees' skills and knowledge.

Araya (Ploy) Prajakjitt pursued their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Marine Sciences at Chulalongkorn University from 1999 to 2003. In 2019, they completed the Advance Personnel Management Course (72 Hrs.) from the Personnel Management Association of Thailand. In September 2019, they obtained a certification in Advance Personnel Management from the same institution.
