Somkiat Lertrittipong

Somkiat Lertrittipong has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2002 to the present, they have worked at THAICOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED, where they have held several roles. As an Engineering Specialist - Business Relation and Government Affairs, they paid attention to and followed up on changes in ICT and telecommunication policies that could impact the company's direction. Somkiat analyzed the impact of these changes on business strategies and reported to management. Somkiat was responsible for acquiring telecommunication licenses and supported regulatory issues. Somkiat also coordinated with the governor's office and partners to facilitate business strategies and provided relevant information and assessments of satellite networks. Prior to this role, they served as a Marketing Specialist - Services Fulfillment Management and a Service Account Manager. From 2002 to 2014, they held the position of Customer and Network Services Management, where they controlled the technical requirements for satellite communication systems and provided solutions and support to customers. Somkiat also managed subcontractors for satellite traffic transfer projects and was involved in project management activities such as setting up monitoring systems.

Somkiat Lertrittipong completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) at King Mongkut's University of Technology, North Bangkok from 1998 to 2001. Somkiat then pursued a Master of Science degree in Technology Management (Telecommunication Management) at the College of Innovation, Thammasat University from 2005 to 2007.
