Khemmapat Trisadikoon

Khemmapat Trisadikoon is a Senior Researcher at the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) since October 2018, specializing in legal and policy research on issues impacting the Thai economy and society. Khemmapat provides guidance to junior researchers and manages various research projects, focusing on areas such as data protection and competition laws. Additionally, Khemmapat serves as a Project Manager for the E-Public Law project, promoting innovative legal studies, and is a columnist and researcher at the Pridi Banomyong Institute. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Asia School of Business, Teaching Assistant at Thammasat University, Legal Officer at the Fiscal Policy Office of the Ministry of Finance, and Paralegal at Thep Law Office. Khemmapat holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Public Law from Thammasat University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Political Economy at Chulalongkorn University.
