Malti Ganglani

Malti Ganglani is an accomplished supply chain management professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply Chain at Thal Engineering since August 2025, Malti has previously held significant roles at K-Electric as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager from November 2022 to July 2025, where contributions included management of high-volume projects and achieving substantial cost savings of 25 million through strategic negotiations and procurement insights. Previous experience encompasses strategic sourcing in roles at Engro Fertilizers Limited and trade finance operations at First Women Bank. Malti holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a BBA in Marketing, both from Iqra University, complemented by early internships in the banking and oil sectors.
