Vlad Eidelman

Vlad Eidelman is currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Thalamus since May 2025 and has been with FiscalNote since December 2013, where roles include Senior Strategic Advisor for AI and Emerging Technologies, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Scientist and Head of AI Research. At FiscalNote, Vlad has been instrumental in transforming global technology culture, establishing a unified data science organization, and leading the development of enterprise data solutions that support data-driven decision making. Additional experience includes advisory roles for multiple organizations, including Trustible, BuyNothing, and Summit Consulting, as well as serving on the board of directors for Predata. Vlad holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a BS in Computer Science and Philosophy from Columbia University.
