Alfonso Richart

Alfonso Richart serves as the Chief Operations Officer at ThalesAleniaSpace Spain since March 2007, overseeing all operations including engineering, purchasing, supply chain, project management, IT/IS, and production while managing a team of over 200 professionals. Previously, Alfonso held the position of PMO Director, responsible for the comprehensive management of company programs from offer to delivery. Prior experience includes serving as the Access Network Division Program Director at Alcatel, where responsibility encompassed the development of VoIP capabilities in DSL access products and leading a team of 120 across multiple locations. Earlier roles at Alcatel Bell Antwerp included Director of the Access Business Unit R&D department, managing a global team of 400 and a significant budget, and Director of Access Business Unit R&D Maintenance, providing technical assistance to over 120 customers worldwide. Alfonso holds a High degree in Physics sciences specialized in electronics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
