Lorenzo Marchi

Lorenzo Marchi has over 20 years of experience in system security and engineering, currently serving as Cyber System Security Manager at Thales Alenia Space since April 2010. Previous roles include System Security Manager at SSE - Sofiter System Engineering S.p.A. and iSolutions Software Engineering, where contributions were made to security certification activities in line with international standards such as COMMON CRITERIA and ISO 27001. Lorenzo has managed validation plans and campaigns for ESA projects like COSMO-SKYMED and the GMES Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-3 missions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor and an Italian State Degree in Telecommunication's Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale, respectively.
