Pascal Gielen

Pascal Gielen is a seasoned procurement executive currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer at Thales Alenia Space since January 2023, overseeing procurement functions. Previously, Gielen held multiple leadership roles at Thales from April 2016 to December 2022, including VP Group Procurement and Segment Leader Mechanical, managing a significant global spend. Gielen's experience also includes serving as the Chief Purchasing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Dr Fischer Group, as well as various procurement and management positions at Philips Lighting, Vos Logistics, Norbert Dentressangle, and the Royal Netherlands Airforce. Gielen holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from Open Universiteit and degrees in military business administration and logistics from the Royal Military Academy and Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
