David Wang

David Wang is a Principal Engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since July 2019, with extensive experience in designing and implementing waveforms, algorithms, and DSP software for software-defined tactical radios. Prior roles include Software Engineer III at Harris RF Communications from January 2014 to July 2019 and Senior Engineer at Thales Communications from January 2005 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, David Wang worked as an Engineer at Raytheon from September 2001 to August 2003, focusing on the integration and testing of COTS systems for government customers, and at the Naval Research Laboratory from 1999 to 2001. David Wang holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech (2003-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland (1996-2001).
