Jean-Baptiste Arrou-Vignod has a long and varied work experience. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the VP Finance Transformation, leading transformation initiatives for Thales Group Finance, including shared services centers and global initiatives in ISIT agile solutions, organization, and people.

Jean-Baptiste'smost recent role, starting in 2021, is as the VP Finance Global Business Unit SIX at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. In this role, they are part of the GBU SIX, supplying defense and security customers with secure communications and information systems.
