Louise Kadlecikova

Louise Kadlecikova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bid management and project coordination. Currently serving as the International Bid Lead at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since March 2022, Louise oversees the international bid pipeline and collaborates with portfolio managers to deliver tailored defense solutions. Previously, Louise held the position of Senior Bid Manager at both Thales and GRAHAM Asset Management, where expertise in managing large teams and providing specialized advice to public and private sector clients across the UK and Ireland was demonstrated. Earlier roles include Document Centre Manager at Allen and Overy, where oversight of a 40-person team was key to establishing a 24/7 document center, and Bid Manager at Serco, managing multi-disciplined Facilities Management contracts for major clients across Europe. Louise holds multiple degrees in American Studies and Modern Studies from Ulster University.
