Stephane Girardeau is a seasoned professional in business development and defense strategy, currently working at Thales since July 2021. Prior to this role, Stephane served at the Ministry of the Armed Forces from August 2018 to December 2020, focusing on mentorship and facilitation of training for NATO senior air operations leaders, as well as providing operational advice for NATO innovation events. From July 2014 to July 2018, Stephane held the position of Head of the Ballistic Missile Defence Department at NATO, overseeing the development of operational capability and a comprehensive Education & Training plan. During a prior tenure at the Ministry of the Armed Forces, spanning from 2000 to 2014, Stephane was instrumental in creating training events for air operations, advising on ballistic missile programs, and managing project deployments.
