Stephen Gilmore

Stephen Gilmore has over two decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Industrialization Team Lead and previously as an Industrialization Engineer at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen worked as an Independent Contractor at Thompson Aero Seating Limited and held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Wrightbus from March 2013 to September 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an NPI Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Schlumberger. Stephen began a career in engineering at Camco Oilfield Services, working as a Technical Costing Advisor after completing a time-served apprenticeship. Stephen obtained a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Ulster University between 2005 and 2008.
