Baptiste Beaume currently serves as Directeur des opérations for Thales, overseeing Mobile Networks operations valued at over 300 million euros, and has held the position of Chief Data Officer for SIX France, focusing on enhancing data value through management, usage, and cultural development. Previously, Baptiste worked at Covéa for seven years, managing various roles including Directeur Marketing et Relation Clients for Life Insurance, where efforts centered on marketing operations and customer relations, along with leading Data Science and Data Governance initiatives. Experience also includes leadership positions at Carglass® France, Vertone, Orange France, and APSARA Cambodia, with a strong emphasis on customer experience, data analytics, and strategic transformation across multiple industries. Baptiste holds an engineering degree from ENSAE Paris and an Executive Master from ESCP Business School.
