Eddie Brown

Eddie Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and systems engineering. Since November 2007, Eddie has served as a Senior Project Manager at Thales, focusing on delivering solutions for complex issues related to sensors and lasers while prioritizing customer needs. Previously, as a Systems Engineering Manager at Thales, Eddie managed the technical aspects of a £50M support contract with the MoD. Eddie's background also includes roles as a Senior Application Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where support for integrating digital imaging solutions was provided, and as a Firmware Design Engineer at QinetiQ, where firmware design skills were further developed. Eddie's career began at Xilinx as a Research Engineer, where an Engineering Doctorate was pursued in Turbo Codecs implementation in FPGAs. Eddie holds an Engineering Doctorate in System Level Integration from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
