Kenneth Ayers

Kenneth Ayers is a software engineer with over 35 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, specializing in environments with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5 standards. They have contributed to significant aerospace projects, including the Space Shuttle's guidance and navigation systems at The Boeing Company, and have served as a quality assurance tester at Disney Interactive. Currently, Kenneth holds the position of Principal SQAM at Thales, where they focus on software quality assurance for critical customer programs using agile and SAFe methodologies. Kenneth’s educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University-Fullerton, along with studies in Humanities from the University of California, Irvine.
