Nicolas Valette

Nicolas Valette is a seasoned Product Marketing Director with extensive experience in the payment card industry. Currently at Thales since April 2019, Nicolas oversees the complete portfolio of innovative payment cards, including EMV, biometric, and eco-friendly solutions, contributing over €500 million in revenue. Prior to Thales, Nicolas held multiple roles at Gemalto, managing product marketing teams and developing innovative payment devices. Additionally, Nicolas's career began at ALCATEL Space, leading mechanical design projects for electronic equipment in aerospace. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon and the University of Sheffield, along with ongoing studies at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
