Romain Henry

Romain Henry is a production manager with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as Responsable de production at Thales since February 2022, Romain manages a team of 20, focusing on production oversight, team skill enhancement, and continuous improvement within the production area. Prior experience includes roles as Chef de projet Supply Chain at Loste Tradi France, overseeing ERP deployment and supporting supply chain projects, and as a Reception Manager at Faurecia, managing an 18-person team and stock levels. Romain has also contributed to education as a part-time professor, teaching key production management concepts. Romain holds a Master’s degree in Production Management, Logistics, and Purchasing from IAE Caen and a DUT in Quality, Industrial Logistics, and Organization from IUT QLIO Lorient.
