Thomas Schultz has extensive experience in engineering and production management, currently serving as the Responsable Unité Autonome de Production et de Réparation at Thales since February 2015, where management of a team of 45 is a key responsibility. Previous roles include industrialization of SatCom aero products and various engineering positions focusing on lean manufacturing and process improvement across notable companies such as Christian Dior Couture and ZF Lenksysteme GmbH. Thomas holds degrees in Industrial Systems Engineering from INSA Centre Val de Loire and Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs du Val de Loire, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Poznan University of Technology.
