The current leadership team at Thalēs has a wide range of experience in the financial industry. Many members of the team have worked at large investment banks, such as Societe Generale and AXA Investment Managers. Others have experience in marketing and management, which they gained at companies such as Theorem Technologies and E*TRADE Financial. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from prestigious universities such as Université Paris Dauphine, Boston University, and NYU Stern School of Business.
