Dennis Brian Parces

Dennis Brian Parces holds extensive experience in civil engineering and law, with a current role as Counsel and Project Executive at Thalle Construction Company, Inc. since November 2018. Previously, Dennis served as Project Executive at MCM | Munilla Construction Management, overseeing significant civil and heavy construction projects, including the USACE/SFWMD Site 1 Levee Impoundment Project and the FLL Terminal 4 Expansion. Additional roles encompass positions as Of Counsel at Axtmayer & Associates, Regional Director/Counsel for the Puerto Rico DTOP, and Project Manager for Redondo-Perini JV. Dennis's educational credentials include a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, a Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and graduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Notre Dame.
